As a true investment boutique, we have created a strong culture that is essential to our ongoing success; intelligence, entrepreneurialism and dedication are among the core underpinnings at Cambiar, and help differentiate us from the crowd.

Cambiar does not subscribe to the notion that more analysts leads to better research. Rather, our approach has been to have a focused investment team of industry specialists with strong academic backgrounds and pertinent experience. As an example, our senior investment professionals have in excess of 15 years in the investment industry. We believe that fostering a research climate based on objectivity and independent thought results in the ability to act opportunistically, which in turn leads to superior returns. We have little faith in the conventional wisdom of Wall Street, and instead focus on finding overlooked and often misunderstood situations - a strategy that has served our investors well since 1973.
